The OMF6015 60 cm multifunction oven is an XL 75 litres with 11 functions and 5 cooking levels. Programmed cooking allows you to set the cooking duration or a predetermined start and end time, leaving the work to the oven.

The I.D.D. (Interactive digital control display) controller brings a new level of sophistication and ease of use to this oven. Choosing a function is as simple as rotating the function knob until your choice appears on the screen display and you confirm it. The process is repeated for setting the temperature. When you engage the pause function the oven is set in standby mode and all functions are paused including the fan. Less hot air escapes when the door is opened, reducing energy costs and increasing safety. To restart the oven simply close the door and press the resume button.

Convection Hot Air Frying: Air Frying works by the circulation of hot air producing a similar cooking result to Deep Frying, only without the oil. Although not an Air Fryer, the OMF6015, with the use of an Air Frying basket, and by following the recommended cooking instructions for fan forced cooking on the food packet will hot air fry your meals to perfection.
